Certum Cloud Electronic Seal – limit of 600 usages per year
The Certum solution uses a Qualified Electronic Seal certificate, ensuring that every sealed document retains its full legal validity and evidentiary power.
The first electronic seal in Poland that works:
- without a physical card or reader,
- on mobile devices with Android or iOS,
- on desktop computers with Windows PC or Mac OS X.
Validity period: 1 or 2 years.
This solution uses a Qualified Electronic Seal certificate which – unlike an electronic signature – does not contain the data of a natural person but only the data of a legal entity (e.g. a company, organisation, or public administration body). The service is fully compliant with the European eIDAS Regulation, ensuring that documents sealed with a Qualified Electronic Seal retain their full legal validity and evidentiary power.
Important:
- The service is not intended for M2M applications or for mass signing of e-documents.
Usage limits:
- In the limited variant, the user is entitled to 600 seal usages per year.
